The Concept
This was part of a full concept and business plan for a nightclub using an app as a ticket, payments and booking all through an app, and making it as automated as possible requiring less staff, allowing for lower costs for both the establishment and the consumer. This was a group project for the Master's Degree Business Management and Organisation Course. This included surveys, a full business study and plan. The complementary app was never built and the mockup was only meant to showcase a possibility of its core features if it were ever to come to life. It was also the second time I worked with Figma.

Conclusion
This project taught me a lot about project management and about finding problems and how to address them. From scope, to market research, creating value propositions, and conceptualizing new market products, creating business models, determining required investments, competitive analysis, required costs and possible ROI, as well as models for our business case (as-is analysis, as-is model, collaboration model, decision model, overview model, rainy day model, to-be model; which were made using Camunda Modeler).
